Terms of Use

Last updated: September 2, 2026

These terms describe the current first-release app behavior, including manual cleanup decisions and no advertising SDK.

Agreement To These Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Sweeply. By using Sweeply, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What Sweeply Does

Sweeply helps you review media on your iPhone, including large videos, screenshots, and similar photos. The app provides cleanup suggestions, selection tools, and device insight screens based on public iOS capabilities.

Sweeply is a review and organization tool. It is not a backup service, cloud storage service, security scanner, VPN, device repair tool, battery repair tool, or guaranteed storage recovery service.

Your Responsibility For Media Choices

You are responsible for reviewing media before confirming any cleanup action. Sweeply does not automatically delete your photos or videos.

When you confirm a move through Photos, items may be placed in Recently Deleted first. You should review Recently Deleted in Photos before permanent deletion. Storage may not be fully reclaimed until Photos permanently removes those items or until you manually remove them from Recently Deleted.

No Backup Guarantee

Sweeply does not create a backup of photos or videos you choose to move or remove. Before confirming cleanup actions, make sure important media is saved or backed up in a way you trust.

Device Information

Sweeply may display local device, storage, battery, performance, and network information. These values may be approximate, unavailable, delayed, or limited by iOS, device model, permission state, or system conditions.

Sweeply does not claim to cool your CPU, repair your battery, measure battery health, run a security scan, provide VPN protection, or access private hardware data.

First Release No-Ads Status

This first release does not include an advertising SDK, ad tracking flow, or ad consent form. If advertising, subscriptions, accounts, or cloud services are added in a future version, these Terms and the Privacy Policy should be updated before release.

Acceptable Use

  • Use Sweeply only in compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with, or misuse the app.
  • Do not use Sweeply to manage media that you do not have the right to access or control.

Intellectual Property

Sweeply, including its name, interface, graphics, and app experience, is owned by its developer or licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.

Disclaimers

Sweeply is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sweeply and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost media, lost profits, or loss of use arising from your use of the app.

Changes To The App Or Terms

We may update Sweeply or these Terms over time. Updated Terms should be published with a new last-updated date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
